RENEWABLE ENERGY
ACQUISITION
A long 18 months of locating a biomass factory in the north of Italy for BLUESPHER, an American company. During these 18 months we managed to locate the factory, make the commercial negotiation, including raw materials, long term agreement, managing challenging issues with the seller banks and partners, dealt with all the legal aspects with the buyer law firm as well as checking and analyzing the technical issues of the factory and closing the acquisition successfully.
REAL ESTATE GTM & MARKETING PLAN
SIBONEY, a Panamanian real estate company, built thousands of social housing units. With our help of making the GTM process and a successful marketing plan, they managed to sell all the apartments within 12 months, before completing red stage.
CRYPTO FUNDRAISING
A crypto company located in Marbella Spain, was in need of investors in order to move forward with their business plan. We managed to raise their goal funding within 4 months of working with investors from Scandinavia.
